简   述 ：

WPP型聚丙烯蜡熔点较高熔融度较小，润滑性分散性好，用途较广。

用  途：

一、在聚丙烯添加7-8%聚丙烯蜡，可以改善共混产品流动性，使物料相溶、互溶、提高表面光洁度。

二、应用于复印机墨粉中是一种理想的耐湿润滑剂和阻聚剂。

三、在聚烯烃树脂LLDPE、HLPE挤出加工中，可以降低主机电流10—20%，缩短挤出时间，改善外观透明度，基本上可以消除除鲨鱼皮现象.

四、耐高温热纺丝母料制造的分散润滑剂，特别适用于丙纶、绦纶、尼龙纺丝专用母料。

五、在热溶胶的制造中，用于蒸温袋粘合。

六、在油墨中适量加入聚丙烯蜡，可以提高油墨的鲜明度，耐磨性，耐热性。

Brief intrduction：

Its melting point is comparatively high and melting degree is comparatively low. It is excellent as dispersion of lubrication. Thus, it is used broadly.

Application：

1. Adding of WPP into PE can improve fluidity of mixed products, making the materials soluble and increasing surface finish.

2. It is applied to ink powder of duplicating machine as moisture-proof lubricant and polymerization inhibitor.

3. When WPP is used in the extruding processing of polyolefine resin LLDPE, HLPE, 10—20% of mainframe electric current can be decreased; time is saved for extrusion; improving exterior transparency and surface finish and smoothness.

4. The dispersed lubricant made from heat resisting spinning master batch is especially suitable for polypropylene fiber, polyester fiber and nylon spinning.

5. It can be used for conglutination of vaporizing bag in the manufacturing of hot-melt adhesive.

6. Adding proper WPP in printing ink can help increase boldness, abrasion resistance and thermo tolerance of printing ink.
