产品：  俄国MAZUT M100 (GOST 10585/75)

1. Origin:  Russia

一、源产地： 俄国 

2. Price:  Us $per metric ton (PLATTS price when pressing on the day of the delivery of the goods-180)

二、价格： 每公吨美金(按当天交货时PLATTS(参考普氏180价)

3. Quality:  Please refer to the attached Annex “A” specification

三、品质：  请参见附录「A」规格

4. Quantity:  100,000 MT per month 12 Consecutive Months.(The first single 50000 tons

四、数量：一个月100,000公吨，连续12个月。(首单5万吨)

5. Total Contractual Quantity:  1,200,000 MT

五、合同总数量： 1,200,000公吨

6. Destination:  CIF China

六、目的地： 中国安全港口到岸

7. Duration:  12 months with rolls and extensions

七、期间： 连续12个月

8. Inspection:   Quality, Quantity, Weight by Q&Q at seller’s cost at loading port,And Q&Q / CIQ at discharging port by buyer's account.

八、  检查 ：  在装货港的质量，数量，重量Q&Q由卖家负担，卸货口岸Q&Q /CIQ检验由买家付费。

9. Payment:     By irrevocable, non-transferable, documentary Letter of CreditUpon every time arrival of cargo at the designated port and passing of the CIQ inspection, 100% of the payable amount shall be should be paid within 5  bank working days by TT.

九、付款：不可撤销,不可转让的跟单信用证以一个月发货价值的按每批货，貨到指 定港口經CIQ检验合格後銀行工作日(5日內)以TT付清100%的貨款。

10：  After the contrct signed by both parties, the seller should provide

PPOP and 2% PB to the buyer.

十:   合同签署后卖方提供部分PPOP 文件及2%PB。

11：  After received and verified the PPOP and 2% PB, buyer bank should

issue DLC/BG/POF/SBLC to seller bank.

十一： 买家收到PB.PPOP 后核实无误开出DLC/BG/POF/SBLC 给卖方。

12： After the cargo arrived buyer's destination port and passed CIQ

reinspecton, buyer should make full payment by T/T within 5 banking

days.

十二：货到中国港CIQ 合格后5 个银行工作日内T/T 付款。

13：  Seller accepts the buyer's bank instrument issued from a third party.

十三:  卖方同意接收第三方开具的银行支付工具。

PROCEDURES: 程序:

1. Buyer issues an ICPO .

买方发布不可撤销的icpo

2. "xxxxxxxxxxxx”issues FCO and draft contract open for amendments.ppop.

"xxxxxxxxxxxxx”发布FCO，開放校正的合同草約.ppop。

3. Both parties /confirm/i draft Contract by endorsing it in DLC/.POF/BG./SBLCformat.

双方确认并签署DLC/.POF/BG./SBLC格式合同草约。

4. Buyer bank issues the irrevocable and non-transferable DLC./BG/.POF /SBLC Upon every time the arrival of cargo at the designated port and passing of the CIQ inspection, 100% of the payable amount shall be should be paid within 5 bank working days by TT.

4.买方指定银行开出不可撤销，不可转让的跟单信用证以，DLC/.BG/POF./SBLC按每批貨到指定港口經CIQ合格TT.检验合格後銀行工作日(5日內)以TT付清100%的貨款。

5. Delivery commence as scheduled.

发货相应地开始。
