特点characteristic

采用工程塑料阻燃ABS,表面光滑,使光纤自然平铺,走线规则有序;

采用封闭式槽道,重量轻,具有较高的冲击韧性和良好的机械性能,保护光纤不受损伤;

出口位置灵活,能满足各种地方出纤的需要,出纤口波纹管保护光纤;

三通、四通接头,及各种弯头,满足各种走线需求,灵活配置;

标准化模块设计,安装方便,结构紧凑,槽道连接可靠,可以上固定,也可下固定;

走线架和走线槽道整体设计,布局合理,外形统一,美观整齐。

Closed raceway protects optical fiber,made in  engineering plastic with light weight, high impact toughness and good mechanical properties.

It can be mounted easily with T joint, cross joint, various elbows, flexible exit and corrugated pipe, etc.






主要技术指标main parameters

1? 工作温度thermal rating:—5℃~+45℃;

2 相对湿度relative humidity:不大于85%(+40℃);

3 大气压力atmospheric pressure:70kPa-106kPa;

4 光纤槽道色泽均匀,表面平整、光滑、洁净、无飞边、暗泡、收缩、凹陷或机械损伤等缺陷; Even color, smooth and clean. without flash, dark bubble, shrinkage, depression or mechanical damage, and other defects.

5 光纤槽道在恒定温热试验前、后,其内外表面之间能承受交流4200V(方根值)工频正弦波电压持续1min的介电性能试验。试验后绝缘电阻不小于20MΩ; Dielectric performance test is done before and after constant temperature test, the communication 4200V (rad value) industrial frequency sine wave voltage is applied between internal and external surfaces for 1minute. After test insulation resistance is no less than 20MΩ.

6 光纤槽道能承受低温试验。试验后,试样不产生裂痕或脆断; After low temperature test, the sample does not appear breaks or brittle fracture.

7 光纤槽道能承受规定条件下的老化、冲击试验。试验后,试样不产生裂纹或脆断; After the stated conditions of aging, impact test, the sample doesn’t crack or brittle fracture.

8 塑料件燃烧性能:Plastic combustion performance

⑴ 注塑件、挤出件制品燃烧性能符合等级:GB/T2048-1996中FV-0级; Plastic injector, extruder products combustion performance accords with level FV-0 of GB/T2048-1996.

⑵ 波纹软管制品燃烧性能符合等级:GB/T2048-1996中FV-2级。 Corrugated pipe combustion performance accords to level of FV-2 of GB/T2048-1996.
